- If you’re feeling stiff with a limited range of movement, experience a series of gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises.
- This is an uplifting and restful yoga series that will improve your overall vitality and connect you to a deep sense of inner peace.

Beginners Gentle Yoga Class Schedule in Havertown
Day and Time: Tuesdays, 11:30 am
Location: Healing Touch, 1327 Darby Rd (Directions below) Havertown, 19083.
Cost: $12 per class or $40 for 4 classes if paid in advance.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
- It is recommended to not eat two hours before the class.
- You should wear clothes that can stretch in, a water bottle and your own yoga mat.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself to find parking, settle into the space, and decompress before the practice starts.

There are three storefronts on the street level of the Victoria Arms Apartments and three meter parking spaces (25 cents per hour). To avoid parking meters turn right on Kathmere and park. There is a small dish on the windowsill with quarters if you would like to park in front.
From Philadelphia – Take Walnut Street to 63rd (Cobbs Creek) and take a right turn on to 63rd Street. At the light, Market Street (Route 3 – West Chester Pike) take a left onto Route 3. Continue on Route 3 West for about 4 miles to Havertown. *Take a right turn on to Darby Road. Continue on Darby Road past Manoa Road (Skatium on left) the next light is Brookline Blvd (stay in right lane) past the firehouse there are 3 store fronts and 1327 is the corner at the intersection of Kathmere and Darby.
From Route 76 – Take Route 76 to Route 476 South. Take Route 476 South to the Upper Darby/Broomall Exit. At the top of ramp take a left turn onto West Chester Pike (Route 3 East). Stay in left lane and take the next left onto Lawrence Road. Take Lawrence to Eagle Road take a left. Continue to Darby Road and take a right on Darby. Take Darby Road about ½ mile to Brookline Blvd and take a u-turn, past the firehouse there are 3 store fronts and 1327 is the corner at the intersection of Kathmere & Darby.
From City Ave (Route 1) – Take City Ave South and take a right turn on to Haverford Ave. to Manoa Road (first light). Take a left on Manoa Road to Darby Road. At Darby Road take a right and follow directions for from Philadelphia
From Pennsylvania Turnpike – Take Turnpike to exit 24 Valley Forge. Take 76 East – follow directions for **Route 76
From 95 – Take 95 to Route 476 North. Continue on route 476 North to the Upper Darby/Broomall exit. At the top of ramp take a right turn on to Route 3 East (West Chester Pike) and follow directions for *** Route 76.
From West Chester – Take West Chester Pike East to Route 476 then follow directions from route 76.

Synergy By Jasmine™ teaches gentle yoga suitable for all body types and fitness levels. Are you inflexible or a yoga beginner? If so, you are especially welcome. The classes are not vigorous workouts and do not have pilates or advanced yoga poses
